Hello everyone,
For anyone who runs into the issue laid out here: (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/opscenter-netbackup-user-name-and-password )
I found today, through trial and error, that the username and password you use for this has to be valid on both the NetBackup master server you are connecting to AND the agent server you are using for data collection.
